Fine Handling and Automation was founded by Nilesh Karandikar in 2004. Since then, under Nilesh's leadership, the company has grown to become one of India's largest solution providers for Industrial Manipulators and an innovative material handling solution provider. Nilesh's vision for developing and manufacturing world-class material handling solutions has seen the company exporting Manipulators to developed markets such as Japan, Italy, USA and UK.
Nilesh is a Graduate from College of Engineering Pune (COEP) with the award of prestigious scholarship for Masters in Engineering Business Management at University of Warwick, UK. He has also worked extensively in Germany in the field of material handling automation.
