Telescopic Manipulator for handling Automotive doors
Fine Handling and Automation offers an ingenious solution for handling three door variants seamlessly. Utilizing a specialized vacuum-based gripper, equipped with heavy-duty vacuum cups operating at 6 bar air pressure, enables smooth handling of all three door variants.

A Single Manipulator, Handled 150,000 Doors over 15 years
Lift: To handle all three variant of the doors a specialised vacuum based gripper was used . Heavy duty vacuum cups were used with air pressure 6 bar.
Transfer: Since all 4 doors were to installed by same manipulator it had to cover large area, Manipulator was mounted on Rail system with X-Y movement.
Mount: As lifting and mounting angles were different, Gripper was mounted on pivot joint which would give tilt, rotation and front back angular movement to the door.
