Automotive seat fitment needs both control and care. The seat is bulky and not always easy to grip. It must be moved through a limited door opening and placed correctly on mounting points without touching trims, consoles, wiring or body panels.

Fine Handling designs the manipulator around the seat type, weight, gripping points, cabin access and fitment sequence. The system supports the seat during lifting, rotation and final placement, allowing the operator to focus on alignment and fastening.

For front seats, accurate mounting and wiring protection are critical. For rear or bench seats, the handling challenge is more about width, balance and controlled insertion. Fine’s system can be customised accordingly.
