AccelLoader for Loading and Unloading Boxes
AccelLoader is a portable ergonomic conveyor designed for loading and unloading boxes from trucks and containers. It helps workers handle cartons with less physical effort while improving the speed and consistency of dock operations.
The system can move from dock to dock with its own powered drive and steering system. It can travel through dock levellers and plates, climb slopes up to 15°, and rotate 360° around its centre, making it useful in narrow docks and tight warehouse spaces. The conveyor can be adjusted vertically and horizontally so that operators can reach different box placement positions inside the container.
The operator platform is designed for safe working, with pressure-sensed mats, emergency stops, safety bumpers and sensors to prevent product fall or unsafe movement. The conveyor supports boxes up to 70 kg and includes LED lighting and operator-friendly controls for practical shopfloor use.
AccelLoader can also be integrated with collapsible conveyors and vacuum tube lifters for improved material flow, sorting and palletising. It is suitable for distribution centres, 3PL operations and industries such as automobile, white goods, logistics, food, paper and pharma.
